Lifespan Companion Care is now seeking an Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager supports Lifespan Companion Care with recruitment efforts, including sourcing and screening of applicants.
- Oversee requests and placement of recruitment advertising.
- Makes recommendations of candidates to move forward in the hiring process and assists with coordination of initial hiring efforts of associates; screen applications and resumes to determine if education and experience match position needs.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human resource or business related field, or an equivalent combination of a high school diploma and experience in long-term care or healthcare recruiting is preferred.
- At least two (2) years recruiting experience is preferred.
